Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with manufacturing issues. To qualify for an exchange:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery about the issue.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Provide a clear video showing the parcel when opened, along with photos of the defect.
- Submit proof of purchase, such as the order receipt or confirmation email.
How to Request an Exchange

- Images and/or video clearly showing the defect
- Any additional information to help us process your request
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Special Conditions
- Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged. Please double-check measurements or specifications before ordering.
- Items such as scarves, dupattas, shawls, or fabrics may not be eligible for exchange.
- Discounted sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.
